Where’s my refund???
It’s been over 3 working days since I requested a refund. I see no reason why it should take this long to process a refund. What’s even more frustrating is there is no way of contacting anyone at PPH instead I’m forced to rely on community support which (respectfully) is going to be limited in terms what they can do considering they’re not fully fledge PPH customer service representatives. Can someone please advise how I can get my money back?
