Escrow - no option to use funds already in escrow

I paid the amount to cover the freelancer's work into escrow, but now the freelancer has sent an invoice but there is no option to use the funds already transferred into escrow. I do not want to pay twice so how do I access the escrow?

  You just release the money.  You don't pay again.

  The issue is that there is a missing link to the escrow on the 'pay invoice' page. The only option I have is to pay by card, not use the escrow funds.

  Missing link?  We don't get links.  On the invoice there'll be accept or release.  Just release the payment.

  Apologies for incorrect terminology.  I accepted the work. Went to pay. Getting:  Select your payment method with my card details below.  That's it. No way to get to the escrow funds.

  Never seen that before - how odd.  Email support - and raise a ticket. If they ever come back to this forum, that's what they'll tell you.
