Invoice query?

I have been charged an amount on my credit card for PPH services. I need to get an invoice for this amount but try as I might I cannot find an invoice. can anyone help?

  Hi Steve,

  To access your invoices, simply click on your profile picture in the top right-hand part of the screen and select the Payments option from the drop-down. From there you can see the Invoices tab and download invoices from there.

  Hi yes I can see the invoice I paid to the agent but these is a charge of£72.47 that I do not understand. Can you provide me with a breakdown of this cost & also supply me with a transaction receipt for this amount?
