THE FEES ARE INSULTING!

I just submitted a proposal where I charge $250, and PPH fees are $50! This is insulting! Upwork, Freelancer, pretty much any other platform are better than PPH. It's ridiculous how much are they charging for doing nothing. You request customer service, and all you get is a bot. Who is responsible for such an insulting set up?

    Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the fee structure. It's clearly laid out in our terms and conditions, so I would advise reading these in future before starting a project. 

    Our fees are very competitive in the market, and we believe that the security provided by working with and finding buyers on PeoplePerHour warrants this.
