Payment method related issue

I got problem for payment withdraw related so I did support ticket create at Monday but did not get answer till 24 hours. I did updated today but no one giving reply.

I sent email on support@peopleperhour.com Does anyone suggest that Is there any other email address or a better option to connect with them? I did tried chatboat also but it's redirecting me to same page of support.

  Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your withdraw. You've done the right thing by creating a ticket, however, I can see you've sent multiple follow ups to this ticket. By doing that, your ticket is moved to the back of the queue each time you send another message.
