Request for Reactivation of My Freelancer Profile

Dear PPH Community,

 

I hope this message finds you well.

 

I have been working on PeoplePerHour since November 2023, and it has significantly enhanced my professional experience. I also work on Upwork, but I find PPH to be a superior platform, which is why I decided to commit to it full-time. However, I encountered an issue where clients often valued service over payment, leading to numerous refunds that were agreed upon with clients. Unfortunately, this practice was not supported by PPH, resulting in the closure of my freelancer profile.

 

I now understand my mistake and assure you that I will not repeat it. I am kindly requesting another opportunity to work on the platform and to have my freelancer profile reactivated.

 

I want expert advice on this matter what should I do now.

    Dear PPH Community,

    Sorry to bother you. But I'm in a situation where I don't know what I should do next. Actually last night I create a freelancer I'd in People Per Hours. And I got a Gmail that I have to wait for dome time, cause the official team will do some research on my profile and then if they think right they will approve my I'd. But PPH research community told me to change some details. And after I did it PPH research team give me a Gmail that my profile is approved by the research team.

    But sadly when I enter in PPH site , it doesn't let me do any work. And keep telling me they my profile is not verified yet.
    So Plz help me

    It means your changes are approved but your application hasn’t

    So what should I do now. I mean should I open another id on PPH or I should wait for PPH to Approved my Application.

    Assalamu Alikum Muhmuda! Thank you for u'r comment. When You Create PPH Freelance Account, then PPH support team review it. [ It’s takes to 14 days ] for FREE. When Check finished they know to u.

    Approved OR not.
