Invoice for completed job

I need an invoice for payments I made over the last week. The job is now completed. How is the invoice generated? My accountant and I need this for my records please.

Please advise.

  Payments - Transactions - click on the relevant one -  Export it and save it.

  Click on your profile icon, top right.  A drop down menu appears.  Select payments.
