You have paid a free lancer when my job is not complete

I had a wordpress site designed. It is nearly finished.

As per our correspondence the designer still has to

1. Give me a working log in for wordpress

2. Link my Eventbrite account to the site

3. Link my socials to the site

4. display my Favicon

Today I received a message saying that the money had been paid by you from my account. Why has this been done? How do I get this job finished Now??

What is the point of your site if you release escrow funds without checking or warning?

If someone had read the workstream this would not have happenned. Id happily have made a partial payment.
