How do I report a scam?

Unfortunately, my first successful project on here has turned out to be a scam. 

I received a message after sending my proposal to a Hallou. D informing me that I was successful and contact details for a Meri Sargysan who would provide me with further information. I contact Meri as requested and was asked to provide my CV for reference which I did. I think received a project and was given 72 hours to complete. I carried out the work and returned.

I was then asked to contact someone else in their team to collect the funds owed to me. On contact, I was asked to set up a payment link through Revolut with a payment of £50. I refused and after arguing my case, I agreed to set this up with £1 to allow me to receive funds (please don't judge my stupidity, I'm getting to the point of desperation). After confirming the payment link, I was informed that this had been unsuccessful and asked to repeat the process. 

When I refused for the 2nd time I received abuse, being called stupid and asking what is wrong with me that I was unable to follow simple instructions. After I informed that I was reporting the account to Revolut and PPH I was blocked and the project proposal and account on here was deleted.

I'm now at the point of being annoyed with myself, 1 for wasting my time and 2 for being sucked in by this. I should have seen the signs earlier - I suppose everyday is a school day.

  You need to read the terms and conditions, and guides for working with PPH before you start working - ie, learn how to work as a freelancer.
