Can't withdraw all of my funds

Hi,

I just tried to withdraw funds from two recent jobs, but I can only withdraw the earnings from the first job. Could you please advise why I can't withdraw all of it and when I'll be able to do so?

  Hi there,

  To complete a withdrawal request go to Actions >> View Earnings on your profile.

  To withdraw your money, you must go through a clearing period that lasts approximately 2 weeks, depending on your profile. You can read more about this below:

  You will also be able to see your current clearing period on the View Earnings Page, under the Control Panel section.

  Has the clearing of the funds finished for each job?

  Click on payments and then for each job it will tell you when the clearing process has been completed. Normally 2 weeks.

  Thanks everyone for your help. It's cleared now and all my funds are available. I didn't realise it can take up to 2 weeks!
