Clarification Needed on Fund Holding Period

Specifically, I want to know the following:

1. How many days can we hold our funds in the account without incurring any fees?
2. After how many days will PeoplePerHour start charging fees on the held funds?

For example, if I am paid on the 1st of the month and the clearing period is 2 weeks:

• Will I be charged on the 1st of the next month or the 14th of the next month?
• Will PeoplePerHour send an email prompting me to transfer the money, or will they automatically charge a fee?
