    Hello Ivan.

    You will need to contact PPH support directly. The password can be changed via Settings > General > Security Question, but you will need to know your old password to change it. Contact PPH directly via email at support@peopleperhour.com and they will reset your security question Asap.

    I received a link to the help desk and was asked to supply a new password to log in. This has not helped my problem.

    I don't have a problem logging into my PPH account. However I wanted to print off a copy of the last invoice I paid but I was assailed by PPH to answer a security question. I got the answer wrong and cannot remember the correct answer.
