Please disable facebook notification please. I find them so embarassing and almost spammy.If this could be done as a matter of urgency I would be most grateful

  Hi Vivienne

  Go to your profile, settings/ privacy and unclick the option "Share actions on my Facebook Timeline"

  You have inundated my facebook page with your stuff.  It will take me an age to remove.  I am very upset and angry and will never use you again or recommend you - quite the reverse
