Where I can get PPH Time Tracker for hourly job. To start an hourly job we need time tracking software. From where I can install it.

  After hire how I can start an hourly job? oDesk has its own time tracking system. But I am new in PHP. So, I need to know about hourly jobs time tracking system. Do you serve only fixed price based job? Please inform me as soon as possible. I am also an oDesk freelancer. I want to start work withe PHP, if you can help me.

  After hire, you just start the job. It's between you and your buyer to make sure you're happy it's completed in the timescale advertised. Invoicing 'stops the clock' on the job - if you don't invoice within the timescale you set for the hourly, you'll get warning messages and it might affect your rating.

  What about for per hour jobs? What is the difference between fixed price and per hour rate jobs? Which one is more guaranteed in pph? How can Buyer know how much time I spend on the job if there is not tracker?
