Automatic negative feedback
AnsweredHi all, I have just completed a job for a buyer and he has paid in full with no problems at all. However, when purchasing my "hourlie" he clicked 3 times more than he had to, meaning he purchased 5 hourlies instead of 2. After he paid for the 2 I have issued refunds for the other 3 so that the escrow money goes back to him. However, I have now received automatic negative feedback saying that I didn't finish the job. How can I get this retracted from PPH? I have completed the job and the buyer is happy.
Sorry if this is really simple, but I find the PPH interface and process quite difficult to understand sometimes.
