Portoflio Problem

Hi there. 

I´m having problems editing my portfolio, I can´t drag the images to reposition them. The thumbnail moves to the other side of the screen and I can´t drag it. 

The other problem is that I can´t upload videos, I already change the sizes of the videos but still can´t. 

I hope you can help me.
