Proposal amount clarification - where to put it?

I am attempting to submit my first proposal and keep being asked for 'You cannot send a Proposal without specifying the Proposal amount'.  The proposal amount is evident in the Proposal Breakdown total and its not clear to me where I need to provide this additional, requested information.

  Hi Nic, 

  Does your rate match the asking rate? If its too low it may not recognize it. If that doesn't work try refreshing the page. And if that still doesn't work then email us directly on support@peopleperhour.com
