3 Unanswered Questions - Unable to post questions

Hi, 

 

I am unable to ask questions and I am blocked from answering clarification questions. This has happened to me before for no reason and it is a really annoying feature on PPH when there is nothing I can do about it and it is stopping me from gaining information about a variety of jobs and therefore loosing the chance on a good job. 

 

Would be great if you could sort something out

  Hi Samantha,

  Same case happened with me too. Now, this is ridiculous, because 90-95% of buyers do NOT reply to every question posed by the Sellers. Also, majority of times, there are many unanswered things within the job description which needs to be clarified before sending an official proposal and loosing the credit. On top of that, of PPH puts embargo of asking questions, then keeping in view the 15 credits per month, who will going to send a proposal in a fear to loose his/her credit?

  I think, PPH needs to review this and should immediately lift embargo from this feature, so that we the Sellers can ask questions related to the job for better appraisal.

  PPH Ninjas, please do this ASAP!!!

  You cannot have more than 3 unanswered questions per month. The Clarification Board is for questions that are essential for the submission of Proposals and should not be used to spam or solely advertise one's skills.

  Please help anyone?

  Am I observing it correctly that we are no more limited in this way from asking clarification questions, any more? I have been able to ask quite a few since yesterday!

  Am also facing same problem , Anyone have solution for resolving it.

  I have connected many times with Customer support of PPH but no any response be found.

  With that am facing lots of loss and problem.
