Trying to update profile.

I've just tried to update my profile, as per instructions, and it won't accept my postcode with my city, which is nonsense. It's Preston, GB and my postcode is PR3 2YU. Please tell your computer to accept it. Many thanks!

The error message is "Enter a valid code or update your Profile city." but any amount of valid codes or updated Profile cities make no difference.

Well, my profile was perfectly fine with due to the new instructions - all filled up already.

Now that you made me open it though, I decided to update a few services and my profile photo, I keep getting the Invalid Postcode message. I agree with the guys above me that it's pretty annoying. I can not submit any more appropriate London postcode than the one I've been using for the past 5 years.

Can you please help?!

I have received a support message to say they are aware of the problem, but no timescale to fix given. Very unprofessional.

same exact problem for a while now. Looks like PPH isn't prioritizing fixing this. I'm a travelling freelancer and it's hard to update my stuff if this keeps happening.

I think I have the answer. It is to do with the distance you are prepared to travel. I'm not having any problems.

Check the postcode is on the Royal Mail database first.

Well, it seems that everyone is having the same problem: PPH's system has a serious glitch – and there's no one at home. I don't know what the answer is. I'd be surprised if anyone at PPH even reads these posts. I've been searching for some kind of support address, but there's nothing.
