    Hmmm, I have same issue and it is why I came and searched this support site. Seems no answer yet on how to mark completed Jobs as complete.

    I have the same problem. This system is beyond irritating -- really not worth it. My hourlie is complete. the system won't let me raise an invoice. What do I do?

    " below the feedback option, it will appear like "Mark the workstream as completed" . Once they tick that option the Job will be marked as completed".
    Note only the buyer can mark a job completed.

    I have jobs sitting in the 'in progress' list for years now. It seems stupid that only the buyer can mark a job completed. There should be a 30 day time limit or something like that, so that all old jobs will automatically close.
