Ive issued a refund and now Im so worried my rating will be affected.
AnsweredI was asked to do a job within 24hrs which I agreed and I sent them some designs the same day within good time, and the buyer wasn't happy with the outcome which i was concerned about so I sent a revised version and again they weren't satisfied, this has never happened to me before and now they requested a refund! without thinking I issued a refund and now im petrified my rating will be effected! Is there anything I can do? I have 100% feedback and extremely happy customers and im worried this will effect gaining future work? Im really worried.

It depends on how PPH view who was at fault in the process:
If they decide that the seller was at fault and caused problems for the buyer, they will mark down the seller.
If they decide that the buyer was the problem, they will let bad feedback stick.
This is all decided on the basis of communications within the Workstream.

Unfortunately it does not look good: From the first link, "When a job is cancelled and the Buyer receives a refund. If the cancellation was caused by the Seller (for example due to a problem with delivering the work on time) then the Seller will automatically receive a 1 star feedback review. If the cancellation was caused by the Buyer then the Buyer will automatically receive a 1 star feedback review."
