How to request payment

I don't understand how to request payment on PPH.  I'm a seller, I completed a job for a Buyer.  How do I request payment?  I have not used the Escrow option either.

  I requested a payment a couple of weeks ago after the completion of a job and it hasn't reached my bank account. How do I address this? Geoff

  Has your buyer paid your invoice? If they have, have you requested a withdrawal from your PPH wallet to your bank account?
