Buyers Asks To Discuss Something Through Skype
AnsweredHi,
One of my buyers asked me to discuss / communicate at Skype and I replied him that I'm not sure whether we're allowed to communicate through Skype or not so let me confirm it with PPH support.
So kindly let me know is it allowed to discuss something with buyer at Skype if buyer says to do that.
FYI: I searched PPH support and found this link http://support.peopleperhour.com/entries/40581678-Skype-communication
It seems it's allowed to discuss something with buyer to bring more clarity in work so that we can work in a better manner but proposal must be sent through PPH
- I also want to know can I endorse my seller as I found him so cooperative and having great understanding during work?
Thanks
-
Hi Kylie, it's fine to discuss a job through Skype, as long as you invoice the job through PPH. After your Skype call, it's a good idea to summarise what you've agreed with your buyer in the workstream, so that you have a record of it.
You can also endorse your buyer - go to their profile and click on their endorsements tab and there's a link there to add one.
