Automatic feedback

Someone has just purchased my hourlie before we discussed the work. Having read what he wanted me to do, and finding it unethical and not what my hourlie covers, I issued a refund with a kind explanation as to why. I put under reason 'I am not able to complete this job', and to my suprise PPH has given me automatic feedback of 1 star for my efforts!
I think this is extremely bad, as I haven't done anything wrong, nor have I been given the chance to explain the refund. Is it possible to please remove this feedback from my stream?

I recently completed my Hourlie and Client wants to give me a positive feedback but she is not able to find where to leave me a feedback.Can you please explain me how to do that so i can tell her to leave me a feedback, and this is not first time, last two Clients were also left without giving me any feedback and they also said that they cannot find from where to leave you a feedback.

This automatic feedback needs some serious re-visiting. Understand the concept but I had a incident whereby the buyer accidentally ordered my hourlie twice ... he then quickly requested refund on one of them which I approved of course - only to be met with a automatic 1 star feedback. People who are reviewing that hourlie to buy will see this and definitely be put off! Not my fault, not really the buyers fault - I feel this is a serious bug and may have lost business because of it?

Yes same issue and no reply from PPH in a week and half. Coincident or not, I've had very little contact from clients since the automatic feedback has been left and it is really disheartening when you try to do the right thing and end up being penalised for it.
I think the bigger problem is the lack of response from PPH or a system in place to dispute negative feedback.
