No response from Hourly

But there is no response from the Hourly

An hourly has accepted a job a proposed and the deposit has been put into escrow. There was initial communication and he send me an example of what I needed doing and I was happy with this and asked him to complete the work. It has now been 2 weeks and I have emailed him a few times but no response. How do I cancel this job and cancel the escrow money?

I'm sorry to hear that. Please click on 'Request Refund' in the work stream with this freelancer. Once the freelancer accepts your request, the job will be cancelled and your funds will be transferred back to your wallet.

Hello, I've organised for an hourly and made the initial payment via your PPH app. It's for telesales. I've messaged the hourly a few times via the contact option but have had know response. I've subsequently been in contact with another hourly and they responded relatively quickly. I'm concerned as it was a fixed fee that expires and I need to make contact with the hourly or cancel it and reclaim payment. You can tell i'm new to this. Please help... Steve

I paid an hourly today for an urgent design job. He said he could start straight away. I asked for an update later in the day regarding ETA of his first draft. I sent several messages but no response. I stressed the job was urgent and needed to have a reply from him this evening or I'd need to cancel but nothing still! I think it's a scam. Please check out your hourly
