my buyer isn't providing information I need to complete the hourlie
AnsweredThe buyer bought the job and I sent the questionnaire I need completed so I can do the work.
They have not so far provided any numbers needed, and without which the work I do will be meaningless.
It's now 10 days post-purchase and I'm getting nagging emails from PPH.
where do I stand if they don't provide what I need? Can I pause the hourlie?

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to pause Hourlies. My best advise would be to continue to prompt the Buyer as you will need their information in order to deliver the work. I have found in some cases it just means the buyer may not be ready for the job yet but I would say just email and be patient until they are ready.
