    Hi J, 

    Unfortunately we do not have the facility to pause Hourlies. My best advise would be to continue to prompt the Buyer as you will need their information in order to deliver the work. I have found in some cases it just means the buyer may not be ready for the job yet but I would say just email and be patient until they are ready.

    Thanks Pilar, that's exactly what I'm doing. I am concerned in case I get penalised though.
