Automatic refund bad for seller
AnsweredI have hourlie that selling android apps install/download. I have sold 1 to the buyer (Jurgen T) and as we discuss and we agree that i will complete my hourlie in 7-10 days. We have deliver some of our work and it is complete now, but when i check my stream i was dissapoint that Jurgent T ask for refund and the money is in his pph wallet and now his account is no longer active, he just get my hourlie for free and dissapear, this automatic refund is so bad for seller.

My best advice would be to contact our support on support@peopleperhour.com. in future i would say always raise your invoice in good time. If not then it can look like you haven't done the work so the Buyer can ask for refund. Also if someone asks for a refund and you don't believe one is due then dispute it instantly.
