The client asked me skype/email address before accepting the job. Does PPH allows sharing details before the bid is accepted ?

This question is not about protection for freelancer.  As i am aware, not to discuss anything outside the workstream, that may create problem while dispute resolution.

But I am asking, since there have been some freelancing websites, that restricted sharing such details for their own business protection.

So, I want to know, if PPH can ban an account of a freelancer, for sharing the contact details with the client, before the client accepts the bid ?  No matter, the client himself, asked the freelancer to provide skype or email ?

  Hello Vishwas,

  Personal details should not be provided in at this phase. We do not allow for skype or email details to be added and our moderation team will remove any such posts and may deactivate a user if deemed necessary as per PPH Terms and Conditions.
