No payment released

I have done a job for a client who did the deposit in advance. When the job was finished I sent the invoice, then got an error message saying I needed to give proof of work (we did everything through Skype) so I uploaded my final work. Now it is a week later and I still have not been paid. Is there any problem with this contract? Job ID is #646628

Doing everything through skype is dangerous - you have no proof that the buyer likes what you have been doing or that you have been interacting with the buyer.
Eventually if the buyer continues to ignore the invoice (you have sent an invoice, haven't you?), PPH should eventually release the funds to you.
