I have been ripped off by one of your sellers....
AnsweredOn December the 18th I undertook a project with a seller called maravillaz to do a 40 second typography video... I was asked to forward the money via paypal. I thought this was strange as I have always gone through your site... But I understood that he needed money in advance to start the project- I have now understood this is not how your site works and it was just about him avoiding fees!!!
He took 100$ off me and after that the communication went dead for two weeks (after stipulating the video would be completed in a week) he reared his head again asking for more money, and that he could provide extras on the video, which I found funny considering he had done nothing with my original project. It has now been five days after he once again told me he would have footage, my last five e-mails have all been read and ignored.... How has this guy been so recommended on your site!!! I know you can do very little about refunding my money but can you let me know what you tend to do with this guy, our website is now 3 weeks behind schedule, and we've been completely ripped off..... I will happily forward you all correspondence between me and this charlatan.

Hi Tim,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
This is why we have the Seller/ Buyer processes in place on the site to protect our community from activities such as this. Had you have followed these guidelines we could have helped to avoid a situation like this occurring. In future when working with Sellers from PPH please ensure you are working within PPH and if he Seller asks to take it off the site simply refuse or let our support team know.
Many Thanks
