hi

i got 3 logo order but that 's time i was sick that's why i refund money to buyer but i dont  know about automati feedback system

i was level 2 seller ,when i recive negative feedback my level desapear

i abondond my sell on pph but now i want to start again sell on pph can i remove that automatic feedback and get my level

  Hi Prabath,

  If it wasn't your fault, you can contact PPH to remove the feedback but if the fault was from you, I'm not too sure if they will remove it. Contact PPH customer support on Support@peopleperhour.com
