Buyer asking for personal details and free samples

Hi there

I've just withdrawn a bid for a job - here's our correspondence.

I was fine with giving my email address as that is on the web, and DropBox is OK too, but in his follow up email he asks for my date of birth and home address, together with free samples as a test. I've written back, as you'll see, pointing out that these requests are not valid. I notice he's had a few projects on PPH but this rang my warning bells.

  Email support@peopleperhour.com and get this person sorted out. There are no circumstances where a buyer needs your DOB and no need for your address either before agreeing that you will get the job.

  I would never send a home address or date of birth either. I do have clients that after work are invoiced with address on, but not via PPH.

  I have never submitted date of birth now at the time of payment,asking date of birth ,what I do please help my payment is pending
