Unfair Negative Feedback
AnsweredHello. A client has left some very negative and completely untrue feedback on my profile page. He's only left this feedback in response to some feedback I left on his page, where I stated that people should avoid using him as he doesn't pay. He still owes me £100. I'm willing to forego getting the money (I'm on maternity leave and don't have time to chase it or get a legal team involved) but I really really want the negative feedback removed from my page. I have lots of emails from the client stating how great he thinks my work is if you'd like proof that what he's written is untrue. Many thanks, Libby

Libby, if the client owes you £100, and there's nothing in escrow, use the small claims court if they are in the UK. You don't need a legal team.
First of all say you will pursue via small claims,
raise an invoice for £100 through PPH
30 days later, if no joy, post a recorded delivery letter stating action will start for recovery of £100+costs in fourteen days if the invoice remains unpaid..
That was enough for my sticky buyer a few years back.

Thanks so much for your helpful comments. I was hoping PPH would respond too. Do you know how I can contact them directly? I've clicked on the 'Contact Us' tab but it just takes me to the place where I posted this question, rather than an email address or phone number. Any ideas? Thankyou!
