I've always found I need to charge well below what a job is actually worth, but off late some buyers are proposing such low fees, it just gets ridiculous. I think PPH moderators should caution such Buyers.. Because in the greater scheme of things, at some point sellers who provide a quality service will find it unsustainable to work through PPH. Fair rates, means more revenue, better quality work, and better overall fees for PPH.
Just to give you an example a UK based buyer is asking ppl to design 4 golf courses for £60!.. It takes at least 3 days work, to do something like that. Any UK seller who takes that job on is basically accepting a fee of £20 a day, or £2 an hour.. A shelf stacker at Tesco earns more than that. It may be ok for someone overseas.. But its unworkable for us here.
