Buyer not paying
AnsweredI've completed a job, but now my buyer won't pay the invoice, and won't reject it.
I want to raise this with PPH, but I can't find anywhere on the site where I can actually contact someone. Is this even possible? I'd like them to arbitrate so we can resolve the issue, but any links I find to raising the issue just seem to bounce back to my own dashboard.
What am I missing?!

Hi,
The original job is here: http://www.peopleperhour.com/job/responsive-wordpress-site-booking-inventory-functionalit-484758
This guy is just ignoring us. The site is completed, we did all the work. You can see the site here: http://bloomerdigital.com/projects/rentthecycle/
The buyer is online everyday but its been months since he has responded to me. I have requested him 30 times during this time to sign it off, he ignored every request. I have threatened him with contacting support, still nothing.
This is totally unfair and i request the escrow funds be released for all the work we have done on this.
PS: the funds in the escrow do not even nearly cover the work that has had to be done on this project
Please help
Anthony

Looking at http://bloomerdigital.com/projects/rentthecycle/ I'd say that you have a long way to go - it's definitely not completed - it has bad English and a ton of lorem ipsum..

I took a look at the 'all the work is done' website : http://bloomerdigital.com/projects/rentthecycle/
I would be ignoring you too.

Paul are you an idiot?
This client has not given us any idea of tabs, tab names or content... So why are you getting involved saying this rubbish which has zero relevance to the thread.
How can we add content when zero content has been given, zero instruction in any form...
Paul you have too much time on your hands

Paul are you an idiot? Often. Are you rude? definitely.
This client has not given us any idea of tabs, tab names or content... He may not have done, but you are the one describing the work as complete ready for sign off ('all the work is done'), not me. I wouldn't sign off what you have done. No way. In my test it didn't work properly. I guess there's a reason why you removed the 'all the work is done' website.
This isn't PPH support, it's a public forum and right now all my sympathy is with the buyer - a rare thing indeed.
Contact PPH support.
