Is it possible to delete a positive review?

I have paid generously for some work on my website by a PPH and initially he was confident that the job was complete and because it was very technical I took their word for it.
Weeks down the line, it appears the problem with the website was never rectified. I have tried to get in contact with the PPH since and they are ignoring me (after I left very positive feedback).
Please help? What can I do?

I think you should let it pass.
I (in case anyone wonders, I'm not the person involved here) and many other sellers would not like to be subject to revised reviews 'after the fact'.
Since you are not technical, you can't be sure that the existing issue is actually the same one, and sellers should not be reviewed on issues occurring after the work is done and accepted by the buyer.
The lesson here is to not write glowing reviews until you are entirely sure of what the situation is.
