Buyer has given no information for the hourlie

I'm just curious as to when the time frame I have given for the hourlie starts, is it an automatic process that starts when the buyer purchases the hourlie or does it start when they give me the information to be able to start the hourlie?

It's only been three hours since they bought it and i've given myself more than enough time to complete the job. I just wouldn't want it to affect my rating!

  Hello Matt. The time frame for your Hourlie to be delivered begins from the moment it's purchased, and you receive official notification via the WorkStream.
