Contacting a seller

Hi, I recently used the services of a Telesales person on PPH. "Best Telesales on PPH". They told me they had completed the work and so I paid them. They gave me a suggested business plan for future work which I have accepted and now I cannot make contact with them and they have been removed from PPH.
I am suspicious that they haven't even done the initial work that was agreed and paid for.
Is there any way in which you can help me?
