overpayment in Escrow

Ive paid 2 x £40 out and released the funds - but ive accidently overpaid £40 and its in Escrow it says. I need to get this back. It says £120 was in escrow, but i only owed £80? please help

  You can request a refund of this money that you are owed. I have attached a screen cap of the button you need to click to request a refund

  I have the same problem - but I don't want this to affect the seller's rating if requesting a refund has this effect?  Can you confirm that requesting a refund doesn't make any difference to the seller?  It was my mistake....  thanks!

  Can you share the screen cap of the button needed to click to request a refund? Also will this affect the seller's rating?

  I have the same problem the seller has informed me of the duplicate payment and I have followed your guidance unfortunately this is not sufficient so please advise what we need to do for me to either be repaid or credited for another job the seller has done??

  Hi there I am having the same problem as above my project which is being handled by the freelancer, has agreed to the amount of $65 but I have uploaded an extra $65 making it a total of $130!!! Please Help as I would like to pay the freelancer for his work ($65) and would like to remove the remainder back to my paypal account. Many thanks Jack

  I am also having the same problem... I paid by Paypal and it looked like there was a problem. Because my sign in wasn't recognised... I think you have a bug on this website. Can I please have the screen shot that shows how to get the refund. I too don't want to affect the score of the very good person I worked with.
