    And I want to know how to remove the details for my other card.  It's very dubious that I can't remove this easily.

    Why don't you people hire a freelancer yourselves to make this place a bit more human friendly?

    I hunted all over for a way to select payment method, finally seeing this http://support.peopleperhour.com/entries/38307768-Introducing-New-Payments-Options

    However, when I clicked "pay" it simply went straight to paypal

    nowhere on http://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments

    does it even show an option to add or edit payment settings. I actually had to search support to find this page and the link http://www.peopleperhour.com/payments/myCards

    However, there is no way to update or add a credit card...I can A) make it default or B) delete.

    This is typical of PPH's site....very unintuitive.

    Before the payment was taken from paypal, I removed PPH's permission to take funds. So now, I have a invoice that shows as paid in workstream, but not paid from paypal and I cannot add a credit card or update the current card which was reissued in Sept..

    Been sitting in live chat for an hour waiting for a reply....not a peep from support

    I'm experiencing the same.

    Surely when you get to this page is should say 'add'   ... but no. It's impossible it seems to add a card. Or certainly, they are making me work really hard to find it!

    Still no joy!

    Hi my name is David McArdle 29/07/1965 and I am due a refund £64.12

    I have got a new replacement card from the bank,but it is the same account number and sort code its just the long number on the front that has changed, will this stop my refund.

    The new card details are 5573 7930 0189 4670 and the other details you have for me are still the same ie (sort code & account number)
