I had in escrow $45. The job from Patrick total was $25. Can you please refund the $20 due?

  Hi,

        

  I am in critical situation that last month one of my Hourlie was being sold. After that due to various reason from both of us the work progress was on help. Later the client said that he does not want to run his business and don't need the full work to be done so we have agreed mutually and I was ready to refund the 60% of the money. Regarding that I have refunded him 40 USD as it's true I could not work much and the mutually agreed amount was fine. BUt After refunding the money there is around 20 USD in Escrow and I can't invoice the client for that 20 USD. So how can I get back that 20 USD as agreed with the client.

  My Hourlie price was 60 USD and I have refunded 40 USD. PLease help me how to get that back and being paid by the client.

  Looking for your help.
