Automatic VAT charge on invoice - How to remove it?

Dear PPH team,

I am a self-employed professional, but I am not VAT registered, simply because my earnings are way below the threshold stipulated for a sole trader to start paying VAT.

However, when I sell a service on PPH (most recent case was with the sale of an hourlie), your system automatically fill-out a VAT charge, as if I was charging my clients for VAT.

This is not only incorrect, but also fundamentally untrue.

How can I correct this and issue an invoice where the VAT charge appears ZERO (as it should be in my case)?

  I also seem to be having VAT issues.  I leave the tax rate at 0% but random invoices are showing VAT??
