My bank transfer was not received

I made a request to withdraw my funds on 3rd May and after 3 days i got a mail from PPH that they have processed my Payment. However, i did not receive any payments and now my PPH wallet is again showing the same amount i had withdrawn :/ What is that supposed to mean? i have been waiting for so long to receive my money

Your helpdesk said to me she would transfer me to a senior advisor but until now no one message me about my problem. So prostrating with the withdrawal process and so much disappointed with the helpdesk!!! I'm thinking if I'm gonna send a proposal again to my clients and I will not receive my payment. It is useless to work again if were not receiving our money!!!

Having completed my work well, the client paid the money and PPH took their commission. I asked for payment, over £200. It is shown leaving my PPH account but has not arrived in my bank account.
That is enough of an issue but why doesn't PPH have some kind of direct line to sort this kind of thing?
The 'contact us' route just leads to a series of advice sheets and pages where there is no direct route to PPH.
The Zendesk is a redundant concept!
Why can't we contact you directly to register an issue and get it resolved.?

Hey PPH Team,
System is messing up with the withdraw requests. I have requested 2-3 times for a withdraw, first it showed me the amount after deduction but then i neither got any email nor message from PPH. Please help us with us, otherwise we have to convince our clients to process the payment outside the PPH, which is surely against the PPH policy, but if we are not getting paid then what is the purpose of its use?
