hey there ,

i forget my security question that i setup in the payment page 

i want to know that answer or  you can help me to change to another question

  Hi, you will need to contact PPH support directly.  The password can be changed via Settings > General > Security Question, but you will need to know your old password to change it.  Contact PPH and they will help

  Arrrrrhhhhh how frustrating...!!!!!@

  How do I contact PPH about changing my security question.. I don't remember my old security question and when I click on contact us I get to search for my topic which brings me here!  Is there a number or email address?

  I cannot find WHERE to get in touch with a member. When you click on the only option available it brings you to the forum. There is no email, chat or phone link for assistance. I know my password and I cannot reset the question anyway (and i dont even know what has been put there, since i never recorded it)

  my friend who started this thread need help regarding this issue same kindly contact him at hkkotal95@gmail.com

  and he is not bale to contact you when he goes to support page his account automatically logout

  I am having the same issue, i dont think i ever gave my phone number to PHP but, when i go to my payment section the question is asked but no contact details for PHP ???Waaa

  as you can see above this was the second try to contact PHP,, looks like a deliberate attempt not to let us enter our payment page, common PHP some one answer
