    What happened in the end with this? I am in the same situation. Would rather give the money back, lose my time and not have my cert damaged.

    The money was given back and in addition the client was allowed to damage cert. PPH policies are ridiculous first of all the people that come here for services dont know a thing and when they are provided with the best of services which otherwise would cost them a bomb to get done elsewhere. On the other hand here is PPH trying to keep their site happy for customers so the result is the person doing the task takes the hit all the time!!

    I have been scammed the seller Kevin G https://www.peopleperhour.com/freelancer/kevin/website-developer-online-marketin/1300519?ref=buyer That claims to be Kevin Grey owner of Alpha Digital company and a worker at google and a complete fake profile, wasted two weeks of my time, turned out to be  a fake profile did not deliver work  as agreed the first time he was paid in full. Now he wants to get paid on the second round after delaying a 48 hour quote to two weeks and not completing the job. I am not paying him or PPH. you people should refund me you are the worst platform over charging people fees and you have fake profiles that scam people I am 100% these people work for you. I will dispute charges till I die if I have to you people are not getting one penny from me! You people are the worst company ever !

    Sarra: That's quite a turnaround in a week. It's difficult to know what to think when a week ago you gave the guy this feedback:

    • Excellent very patient. I have to hired about 10 people on PPH to develop my website and attempt to fix it he is the only one that was able to fix it and beautify it.     Yes this was done you can check the workstreams he delivered half of the job and said he would complete it in phase two so I was being nice to him to complete the job. You people defent scammers, you rob people and defend scammers you over charge in fees your rude and you have the worst customer service ever. Fiverr and Upwork have respect for clients dont over charge in fees and have good customer service and there is a binding contract. Keep defending scammers and robbing people in broad daylight I will spend a lifetime writing bad reviews and let the world know how much of a terrible platform you are and the people behind it are even worse. Paul or whoever you are hiding behind your fake acronym this guy Kevin g Claims to be Kevin Gray from google uses a Philiipines IP address and 100% works for PPH and speaks and talks exactly like you people and your so great customer service that is a -10000000% Minus to hell.

    Sarra, I don't work for PPH.

    PPH hardly ever come to these forums.

     

    You should make these points directly to support, but if you post like you've posted here, they most likely will just ignore you.
