Payment in escrow

Hello payment is pending in escrow from a client but my client has already paid the amount of my hourlies...its just i that have raised an invoice under other hourlie for same amount

how can i fix this because now there are some invoices pending in my dashboard

  Hi Brooklyn, 

  Are ou saying you have invoiced the client twice? Or that client has money in escrow but paid you in another work stream?

  You will have to cancel any duplicate invoices and they can refund their money from escrow if the payment due to you has already been paid. 

  Going forward i would advise you to collect payment and raise invoice in the correct work stream to avoid confusion for yourself and client.

  my invoices pending for days.... contacting pph for more than 5 times... approved just 2 invoices 2 stll pending.... why customer support is not replying.. i have 3 issues pending with pph
