Why is the money not being transferred into by bank account?

On the 9th and 10th of December, I withdrew two sums of money from a client Invoice 632444-1 and 632444-2. I was told it will take 3 working days. The money is still pending and status shows will be transferred in 1 working day since Friday, December 12, 2014. A third invoice of £20 was transferred yesterday. Can you please advise on the transfer issue? I was told to upload an identity document for verification and I uploaded my National Insurance Number as verification.
The money is from an existing client who joined the PPH platform on my request. Kindly let me know as soon as you can. This is turning out to be a bit of an issue for me. Thanks

I have a similar issue. I withdrew funds form PPH wallet some 5 days ago yet there is still nothing showing in my bank account! What's going on? Why does the amount still show as pending. I have already submitted one comment to Customer Support yet have heard nothing back.

Yes, I asked PPH and they said according to new rules, for first transactions above £100, they need to verify using a total of 3 documents. So upload your NI number, a PayPal statement or a bank statement with your name and send PPH an email you have done so.
I did the above and the money was transferred within 4 working days. Hope this helps you all.
