Problems with releasing money in buyer escrow

A job has been completed for me and I need to pay him 6.00GBP ... I keep doing this, but it just takes me to a payment screen - so I follow the instructions and it seems to just keep putting it in my buyer escrow and not sending it to the buyer. I now have 18.00GBP in escrow !

 

He has just sent a deposit request so I went to PPH wallet and went to release the 6.00GBP but it just takes me to the payment screen again.

 

I am getting annoyed as I have deposited 3 lots of 6.00 which charges me 50p a go, and yet I still cannot pay the buyer !!

 

Any ideas?
