I was wondering if someone can please help me with a question I have with regards to the payment process. When I make an order, the site mentions that the monies are held in a secure escrow account until the work is successfully completed. Is this actually an account of PPH or another third party? The reason I ask is that I understand that in the UK you need to be licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to operate an escrow account and having checked their approved list, I do not see PPH name on it, unless I have missed it? Is it actually and escrow or just PPH holding the money?

It's a 'virtual' escrow account in terms of the ability of both parties to access money deposited with PPH.
PPH don't offer 'escrow' services generally except when acting as a go-between for buyer and seller.
The security of our escrow deposit relies entirely upon PPH. The money is as secure as PPH is financially secure.

Kindly advise why you guys deactivated my account without any reason?
I have more then 50 clients over there with positive feedback and reviews and my id is well known in PPH. I want my account to be activated as soon as possible.
More then £1200 is in my wallet and more then £1500 in escrow account.
Instantly provide me your address or phone number to contact you locally. This is not good at all. You guys calling peopleperhour large platform for freelancers in the world, & it is. I always trying to promote the site in my friends & family circle but this activity makes me sick. Very disappointed.
